优质护理干预对肺结核患者用药依从性的影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨优质护理干预对肺结核患者用药依从性的影响。 方法 采用问卷调查的方法，对2013年6月～2014年5月在我科住院的肺结核患者64例，随机分为对照组和观察组，对所有的肺结核患者进行规范的一线抗结核药物治疗。对照组患者采用传统的护理模式进行疾病护理、健康教育以及相关注意事项的告知，观察组患者在优质护理模式下采取护理干预措施，对患者实施系统化的护理，并延伸到患者出院后的用药过程中。观察组通过护理干预后，以问卷与患者、家属评价结合的方式进行对比、调查。 结果 通过护理干预，观察组患者经护理干预后服药依从率为90.62%，显著高于对照组的71.8%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 定期系统地对肺结核患者进行护理干预，逐步提高患者对结核病的认识，调动患者的积极性，培养患者自我管理能力，提高患者用药依从性，对控制结核病的发生、发展有重要意义，同时也提高了患者的生活质量。 　　[关键词] 护理干预；肺结核；用药依从性 　　[中图分类号] R521 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）02（a）-0163-03 　　Impact of nursing intervention on medication compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis patients 　　WANG Xian-ru 　　Department of Infectious Disease，New District Hospital of First Hospital Affiliated to Henan Technology University in Henan Province，Luoyang 471000，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the medication compliance of pulmonary tuberculosis patients，and to observe the medication compliance changes of pulmonary tuberculosis patients under the impact of nursing intervention. Methods The method of questionnaire was used to investigate 64 pulmonary tuberculosis patients from July 2013 to March 2014 of our hospital.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.All patients were treated with normative first-line anti-tb drugs.Patients in control group were used traditional nursing model to conduct disease nursing，health education and inform related announcements.Patients in observation group were used nursing intervention under better nursing model，implemented systematic nursing on the patients and extended to medication process after patients discharge.After nursing intervention of observation group，comparison and investigation were conducted by using questionnaire and evaluation from patients and families. Results After nursing intervention， the medication compliance in observation group was 90.62%，obvious higher than that was 71.8% in control group，and the difference was statistical significance （P0.05）. Conclusion Regular system
