优质护理干预对重睑成形手术效果及并发症的影响 　　[摘要]目的：探究优质护理干预对重睑成形术术后效果及并发症的影响。方法：选取2017年1月-2017年9月于本院行重睑成形术的300例就医者为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组，每组150例。对照组给予围手术期常规护理，观察组给予优质护理，比较两组就医者围手术期心理状态，术后满意度及并发生发生率。结果：干预后，观察组就医者焦虑、抑郁及恐惧评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组就医者护理质量满意度评分及满意度均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组术后并发症发生率为6.7%低于对照组的20.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：重睑成形术围手术期实施优质护理可以提高就医者满意度，改善心理状态，并降低术后并发症发生率，具有良好的临床应用价值。 　　[关键词]优质护理；重睑成形术；心理状态；满意度；并发症 　　[中图分类号]R473.6 [文献标志码]B [文章编号]1008-6455（2018）03-0137-03 　　The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Quality of Double Eyelid Surgery Effect and Complications 　　CHENG Tao，BIAN Hui 　　（Operation Room，the Peoples Hospital of Wuhan University，Wuhan 430060，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract： Objective To explore the impact of nursing intervention on double eyelid surgery effect and complications. Methods 300 cases from January 2017 to September 2017 in our hospital underwent double eyelid plasty patients as the research object. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group， 150 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing during the perioperative period， while the observation group was given high quality nursing. The perioperative psychological state， postoperative satisfaction and incidence of two groups were compared. Results After intervention， the anxiety， depression and fear scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The observation group of patients satisfaction with nursing quality and satisfaction scores were higher than the control group（P0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.7% lower than that of the control group（20.0%）， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Blepharoplasty implementation of high quality nursing care can improve the satisfaction of patients during the perioperative period， improve the psychological state， and reduce the incidence of postoperative complication
