优质护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的影响分析 　　[摘要]目的 探讨优质护理对老年慢性心力衰竭患者的影响情况。方法 选取2013年2月～2016年3月我院60例老年慢性心力衰竭患者临床资料，对照组（常规护理措施组）30例和观察组（优质护理措施组）30例。观察老年慢性心力衰竭患者护理前后焦虑评分、抑郁评分和社会支持评分情况，观察两组护理评估准确率、护理措施落实率、护理记录准确率、静脉穿刺1次成功率、护患沟通满意度情况。结果 两组患者护理前焦虑评分、抑郁评分和社会支持评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），两组患者护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分和社会支持评分均低于护理前，观察组患者护理后焦虑评分、抑郁评分和社会支持评分均低于对照组，观察组护理评估准确率、护理措施落实率、护理记录准确率、静脉穿刺1次成功率、护患沟通满意度均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 优质护理可以改善老年慢性心力衰竭患者焦虑和抑郁情绪，提高社会支持评分，利于临床护理质量提高，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词]优质护理；老年慢性心力衰竭；情绪；影响 　　[中图分类号] R541.6+1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）11（a）-0182-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the influence for old age chronic heart failure patients by high quality nursing.Methods 60 patients with old age chronic heart failure clinical data in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2016 were selected，and dividied into control group（conventional nursing measures group）30 cases and observation group（high quality nursing measures group）30 cases.The SDS score，SAS score and social support score of two groups were compared，the nursing assessment accuracy，lashilv nursing measures，nursing record accuracy，success rate of venipuncture 1 time，communication satisfaction nurses and patients of two groups were compared.Results The SDS scores，SAS scores and social support score of two groups were compared than before nursing，with no siginificant differences（P0.05）；the SDS scores，SAS scores and social support scores of two groups after nursing were lower than before nursing；the SDS score，SAS scores and social support score of observation group patients after nursing were lower than that of control group；the nursing assessment accuracy，lashilv nursing measures，nursing record accuracy，success rate of venipuncture 1 time，communication satisfaction nurses and patients of observation group were higher than that of control group（P0.05），the differences were significant.Conclusion The SDS and SAS of old age chronic heart failure patients by high quality nursing are improved，increased social support score，clinical nur
