优质护理服务在预防NICU新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎中的作用评价 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨运用优质护理服务预防NICU新生儿呼吸机相关性肺炎的效果。方法：选取2013年6月-2015年9月本院收治的机械通气患儿120例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和试验组，每组60例。对照组行NICU常规护理，试验组行优质护理服务，比较两组住院时间、机械通气次数、呼吸机相关性肺炎发生率及护理满意度。结果：试验组发生呼吸机相关性肺炎患儿16例，明显低于对照组的35例，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；试验组住院（9.62±5.41）d、机械通气（7.69±2.35）次、护理满意度为96.67%，均明显优于对照组的（15.74±5.73）d、（9.52±2.86）次及81.67%，比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：将优质护理服务积极用于机械通气新生儿中，可有效预防呼吸机相关性肺炎，值得临床借鉴。 　　【关键词】 机械通气； 优质护理服务； 作用； 呼吸机相关性肺炎 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of using high quality nursing care to prevent NICU neonatal ventilator associated pneumonia.Method：From June 2013 to September 2015，120 cases of mechanical ventilation children in our hospital were selected as the research objects，they were randomly divided into the control group and experimental group，each group had 60 cases.The control group was treated with routine nursing and the experimental group was treated with high quality nursing service，two groups of hospital stay，mechanical ventilation frequency，ventilator associated pneumonia incidence rate and nursing satisfaction were compared.Result：In the experimental group，16 cases of ventilator associated pneumonia were significantly lower than the control group of 35 cases，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The length of hospital stay was （9.62±5.41）d，mechanical ventilation times was （7.69±2.35） times and nursing satisfaction rate was 96.67% of experimental group，significantly better than the control group of （15.74±5.73）d，（9.52±2.86） times and 81.67%，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：High quality nursing service for mechanical ventilation in newborn can effective prevent ventilator associated pneumonia，it is worthy of clinical reference. 　　【Key words】 Mechanical ventilation； High quality nursing service； Role；Ventilator associated pneumonia 　　First-author’s address：Central Hospital of Zhumadian City，Zhumadian 463000，China 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1674-4985.2016.19.021 　　随着医学科学的发展，机械通气在新生儿疾病中应用
