优质护理模式在髋骨骨折患者手术治疗中的临床应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨优质护理模式在髋骨骨折患者手术治疗中的临床应用效果。方法 选择在2013年11月～2015年11月我院收治经手术治疗的髋骨骨折患者86例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各43例。对照组患者接受常规骨科手术护理；观察组患者接受优质护理模式下的护理服务。对比两组研究对象髋骨骨折疾病手术治疗效果、在术后并发症发生情况、护理服务的满意度、住院治疗总时间及髋关节功能恢复正常时间。结果 观察组患者髋骨骨折疾病手术治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.98，P0.05）；术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.74，P0.05）；护理服务满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.47，P0.05）；住院总时间、髋关节功能恢复正常时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对髋骨骨折患者实施治疗期间，开展优质护理模式的临床效果非常明显，值得关注。 　　[关键词]优质护理；髋骨骨折；术后并发症 　　[中图分类号] R323.4+5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）07（b）-0195-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the clinical application effects of quality nursing model in surgical treatment of patients with hip fracture.Methods 86 patients with hip fracture who had surgical treatment in our hospital from November 2013 to November 2015 were selected and were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were called control group and observation group，each group was 43 cases.Patients in control group were given conventional orthopaedic surgery nursing，and patients in observation group were given nursing service under quality nursing model.The treatment effect of surgery for hip fracture，number of complications after fracture surgery，the satisfaction of nursing service during surgery of hip fracture，total duration of hospitalization for fracture and hip function recovery time of research object in two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect of surgery for hip fracture in observation group was obvious better than that of control group，with the siginificant difference（χ2=4.98，P0.05）；The number of complications after fracture surgery was obvious less than that of control group，with the siginificant difference （χ2=4.74，P0.05）；The satisfaction of nursing service during surgery of hip fracture was obvious higher than that of control group，with the siginificant difference （χ2=4.47，P0.05）；The total time in hospital and hip function recovery time were obvious decreased than that of control group，with the siginificant differenc
