优质护理的开展对骨科糖尿病患者围手术期的影响 　　【摘要】 目的：通过探讨优质护理与传统护理糖尿病患者围手术期血糖调控情况与伤口愈合情况，开展以人为本的护理，营造温馨护理文化提升护理服务质量。达到“三满意”――患者满意、社会满意、政府满意。方法：将2012年5月-2014年5月骨科收治的56例接受骨科手术治疗的糖尿病患者分成两组。对照组采用传统护理，研究组采用优质护理。比较两组患者围手术期术前、术中、术后血糖水平（包括空腹血糖及三餐后2 h血糖）、尿糖、尿酮体、有无低血糖反应、心脑并发症，抗炎时间及切口愈合天数。结果：研究组术前与术后控制血糖的天数均明显低于对照组，术后切口愈合的天数也比对照组提早，患者满意度均高于对照组。结论：糖尿病患者经过责任护士系统、全面、优质的护理能缩短患者住院时间，减轻或避免并发症发生，解除患者的困惑，提高患者生活质量。 　　【关键词】 优质护理； 糖尿病； 健康教育 　　【Abstract】 Objective： To through the discussion of the quality of nursing care and the traditional nursing for patients with diabetes mellitus perioperative blood glucose control and operation period of wound healing， nursing the people-oriented， and create a warm nursing culture， to improve the quality of nursing service. To achieve Three Satisfaction-patient satisfaction， social satisfaction， satisfaction of government. Method： From 2012 May to 2014 May in Department of orthopedics 56 diabetic patients undergoing Department of orthopedics operation treatment were divided into two groups. The control group used traditional nursing， research group with high quality nursing care. Compared two groups with operation during perioperative period before， during， and after the operation， the blood glucose level （including 2 h blood glucose and fasting after meals）， urine， urine ketone body， there was no hypoglycemia， cardiovascular complications， time of anti inflammation and wound healing. Result： By comparing to controlling blood sugar of preoperation and postoperation， the study group had obviously fewer days than the control group. And postoperative would healing had fewer days than the control group. The satisfaction of the patients was higher than the control group. Conclusion： Patients with diabetes nurse on duty system， comprehensive， high quality nursing care can reduce hospitalization time， reduce or avoid complications， relieve patients with confusion， improve patient quality of life. 　　【Key words】 Nursing care； Diabetes； Health education 　　First-author’s add
