低视力与盲患者生活质量的相关因素分析 　　【摘 要】 目的：通过对低视力和盲人群进行问卷调查，了解低视力和盲患者的生活质量及影响生活质量的因素。为科学地制定低视力和盲康复方案提供参考依据。方法：完全随机抽取，将符合条件的低视力及盲患者纳入本次实验，对低视力和盲患者进行低视力康复调查问卷，包括一般检查评估表和生存质量的问卷调查，评估低视力和盲对患者生存质量的影响。结果：共联系了200名低视力和盲患者，完成问卷调查200份。其中低视力患者100例，盲100例。低视力患者生活质量得分为（37.08±4.92）分 。影响低视力生活质量的因素主要有：经济状况、社交能力、活动能力。盲患者生活质量得分为（24.55±3.35）分；影响盲患者生活质量的因素主要有：经济状况、心理状况、自理能力。结论：低视力和盲患者都处于低质量生活水平，影响低视力和盲患者生活质量的相关因素不尽相同，需要针对不同的主要影响因素，提高低视力和盲患者的生活质量水平。 　　【关键词】 低视力；盲；生存质量 　　【中图分类号】R459.9 【文献标志码】 A【文章编号】1007-8517（2016）11-0050-02 　　Abstract：Objective Conducted a questionnaire survey for low vision and blind groups to understand the quality of life in patients with low vision and blindness. Provide a scientific basis for the development of low vision and blind rehabilitation programs.Methods Completely random， general examination evaluation form and quality of life questionnaires will be done for low vision and blindness low patients.（Low vision and blind patient′s datas from the CDPF） Results A total of 100 questionnaires have been completed with low vision and blind patients. of which have 50 cases of patients with low vision and 50 cases with blind. The scores of life quality in patients with low vision was （37.08±4.92）. The factors which affect the quality of life are： the economic conditions， social skills and activity. All P0.01.
