妇科手术康复患者健康教育需求调查分析 　　摘要：目的 了解妇科手术康复期患者对健康教育的需求情况，研究妇科手术康复患者的健康需求，以便更有目的、更有效地对妇科手术康复患者进行健康教育，以此达到延续护理的目的。方法 采用自行设计的问卷，采用随机整群抽样方法，对妇科康复期的患者进行问卷调查。结果 ①50%～76.92%的手术康复患者对疾病的基本信息，治疗过程、费用及手术前后健康宣教未做到全面了解；63.74%康复患者对出院后的健康教育未做到全面了解；②在所有健康教育的需求内容中，康复患者疾病预防、伤口护理强烈需求所占比例最高，分别是81.87%和73.08%；③出院后咨询方式，电话咨询最受欢迎，其次为返院咨询。结论 在健康宣教的过程中，护理人员应该满足患者需求，应结合患者情况，灵活选择健康教育方式，促进患者健康，提高护理质量。 　　关键词：妇科手术康复期患者；健康教育；需求 　　Abstract：Objective To learn the demand of gynecological-surgery rehabilitation of patients for health education，as well as relevant health education model，aiming to provide more targeted and effective health education.So as to achieve the purpose of the continuation of care.Methods Customized questionnaires and random cluster sampling methods were used in the survey for rehabilitation of patients staying in hospital after gynecological operation.Results ①50%～76.92%of the subjects fail to comprehensively understand the basic information of the diseases，treatment procedures，costs and health education before and after operation.63.74%of patients recovered do not fully understand the health education after leaving hospital；②The demand for health education Disease prevention and wound care are mostly needed among all health education needs，as required by 81.87%and 73.08%of the subjects respectively；③Telephone consulting is the most preferred method after leaving the hospital.Consulting in hospital is less preferred.Conclusion Nurses should be contentet the needs in the process of the health education.The method for health education should be flexibly selected in accordance with the actual situation of patients，thus improving the health of patients and nursing quality. 　　Key words：Gynecological-surgery rehabilitation of patients；Health education；Demand 　　随着健康知识，疾病预防知识的普及，人们对身心健康有更高的要求，也促进医疗市场的迅速发展。传统的护理模式正被以人的健康为中心的现代护理模式所代替[1]。为了解妇科手术康复期患者对健康教育的需求情况及接受情况，使医护人员能有目的以适当方式、方法，更有效地对患者进行健康教育，改善患者不良的生活习惯，促进健康，促进延续护理发展。遂对在四川省某三甲医院妇科手术治疗过的康复期患者进行健康教育需求问卷调查分析，以探索妇科疾病患者健康教育有效的干预模式，提高患者最大程度获
