便捷实用型现场勘查箱的设计与制作 　　【摘 要】基层公安机关技术员所用现场勘查箱实为“现场手印显现提取箱”，为使现场勘查箱名副其实，本文研究设计了一种便捷实用型现场勘查箱。研究设计过程分为需求分析和结构设计与制作两大阶段。通过调研，进行需求分析，确定该勘查箱应具备的功能和性能。在功能需求分析部分确定该勘查箱需配备的勘验物品；在性能需求分析部分确定使用轻便的箱内填充物并开辟了使用多种携带方式的先河。在设计与制作阶段，充分利用箱内外空间，精心设计、合理安排各勘验物品，实现了现场勘查箱功能齐全、便捷实用的特点。 　　【关键词】便捷实用；现场勘查箱；需求分析；拉杆箱；结构设计 　　Design and Manufacture of Convenient Practical Field Exploration Case 　　PAN Shi-jie ZHU Hao PANG Hao LUO Liang YAO Yu-hao JIANG Jun-ping 　　（Department of criminal science and technology，Jiangsu Police Institution， Nanjing Jiangsu 21000， China） 　　【Abstract】The scene investigation case which the technician of grass-roots public security organs use are ‘site fingerprint extraction box’ actually.In order to make the scene investigation case worthy of the name， in this paper we design a convenient practical scene investigation case. The design process is divided into requirement analysis and structure design and manufacture. Through the research and requirement analysis， we determined the function and performance the investigation case should have. In the function requirement analysis， we determined the items the case should be equipped with； In the performance requirement analysis， we determined to use portable filler of the case， and we opened up the use of a variety of ways to carry the case. At the design-and-manufacture stage， by elaborately designing and utilizing the inside and outside space and the layout of the reasonable arrangement of the inspection items， we realize the completement of the function and the characteristics of convenience and practice of the scene investigation case. 　　【Key words】Convenient and practical； Scene investigation case； Requirement analysis； Draw-bar case； Structure design 　　在刑事案件现场勘查工作中，现场勘查箱是现场勘验人员的必备装备，用以发现、提取现场遗留手印、足迹、DNA等痕迹物证。当下我国各地公安机关现场勘查技术员使用的现场勘查箱大同小异，名为“现场勘查箱”，箱内却只有显现提取现场手印的粉末、工具等物品，有些物品、工具使用极低或不实用。现有“现场勘查箱”实为“现场手印显现提取箱”。技术员进行现场勘查时还必须携带静电吸附仪、光源等其它设备。另外，现有现场勘查箱外部结构都为手提式，价格昂贵，箱体也笨重，且勘查箱的内部结构、物品存放亦存在不合理之处，为基层现场勘验技术员带来诸多不便。 　　本文研究设计了
