At present, with the position of Chinas logistics industry improving steadily, the level of modernization being improved, there are some problems emerging, such as the irrational resources distribution, the high level of cost and the low level of specialization. To implement the restructuring and rejuvenation program of the logistics industry, we should invest more into infrastructure, develop the rural logistics, cultivate more large logistics enterprises, and strengthen informationization for the logistics industry. 【关 键 词】规划/振兴/物流业/商贸物流program/rejuvenation/logistics industry/logistics of business and commerce 当前，世界经济增长明显减速影响，中国企业经营困难和就业难度加大等。同时，物流业也受到了严重冲击，物流市场需求急剧减少，效益普遍下滑。据统计，2008年，全国社会物流总额和物流业增加值同比增长幅度分别比2007年回落6.7和1.9个百分点，货运量和货运周转量同比增长幅度分别比2007年回落1.7和10.2个百分点。2009年第一季度全社会物流总额18.7万亿元，同比下降3.3％，物流增加值4422亿元，同比增长1.2％，物流总费用占GDP的18.2％，下降0.1个百分比。物流需求继续延续了下降趋势。 为积极应对日益蔓延的金融危机，着眼物流的长远发展，2009年2月25日，国务院审议并原则通过了《物流业调整和振兴规划》(以下简称《规划》)，明确指出必须加快发展现代物流，建立现代物流服务体系，以物流服务促进其他产业发展。 目前，商务部正在研究工作方案意见，但未最后确定。下面，我个人就落实《规划》、促进商贸物流业发展简要谈三点意见。 一、振兴物流业意义深远
