小儿肺炎支原体感染肺内、外脏器损害的临床分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨小儿肺炎支原体（MP）感染肺内、外脏器损害的特点，旨在进一步提高临床诊治水平。方法 回顾性分析2008年1月～2011年1月我科收治的220例MP感染患儿的临床资料。结果 MP感染181例有呼吸道表现，60例有肺外脏器损害（部分兼有肺内外表现），受累脏器中以消化道、皮肤、循环系统、神经系统多见。本组220例患儿中，215例病情基本痊愈，痊愈率97.8%，临床症状均消失，实验室指标恢复正常，通过门诊随访，无一例心脏彩超发现异常，无一例死亡。平均7.3d热退。结论 小儿肺炎支原体感染除侵犯呼吸系统外，还可累及肺外脏器，应引起临床医生的重视。 　　[关键词] 肺炎支原体；肺炎；肺外并发症；小儿 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 2095-0616（2014）04-186-03 　　Clinical analysis on the extra-pulm and onary complications of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection 　　LIU Jinping 　　Department of Pediatrics，the Seventh Peoples Hospital of Nanhai District，Foshan 528247，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical manifestations and features of the extra-pulm onary complications of mycoplasma pneum onia in children and to improve the diagnosis and treatment. Methods The clinical data of 220 hospitalized children with mycoplasma pneum oniae from January 2008 to January 2011 were observed and analyzed.Results 181 enrolled cases had respiratory symptoms，60 cases had extra-pulm onary complications.The digestive system，the skin，circulatory system，and nervous system were more commonly mvolved. Among 220 cases children，215 cases of the disease basically cured，the cure rate was 97.8%，the clinical symptoms disappeared and laboratory parameters returned to normal，through patient follow-up，no case of abnormal echocardiography，with no deaths. Average 7.3d heat back. Conclusion In addition to the respiratory infection，the MP infection can also mvolve extra-pulmonary organs.So clinical physicians should pay special attention to all these scenarios. 　　[Key words] Mycoplasma pneum oniae；Pneumonia；Extra-pulm onary complications；Children 　　近年来肺炎支原体（mycopiasma pneum oniae，MP）感染发病率逐年上升，病程长，呼吸道症状重，可引起严重的并发症，除呼吸道受累外，尚可使全身多脏器受损，包括消化、神经、血液、泌尿、皮肤、关节等脏器的损害[1-2]。本研究通过回顾性分析2008年1月～2011年1月我科收治的220例肺炎支原体感染患儿的临床资料，旨在探讨小儿肺炎支原体感染肺内、外脏器损害的特点，从而提高临床诊治水平。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选择2008年2月～2011年2月我院确诊的肺炎支原体感染（MP）患儿220例作为观察对象，其中男98例，女122例；年龄≤1岁42例，2～10岁158例
