全科团队干预模式对社区糖尿病患者管理影响 　　[摘要]目的 探讨全科团队干预模式对社区糖尿病患者管理的影响。方法 选取2015年3月～2016年12月我中心收治的94例糖尿病患者作为研究对象，以随机数表抽取法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组各47例。对照组实施传统糖尿病社区管理模式，观察组给予全科团队干预模式，观察对比两组患者的生活质量和糖尿病控制状况。结果 观察组患者QOL-100量表中心理功能、生理功能、精神寄托、社会功能、周围环境5项得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者糖尿病及并发症认知、生活习惯、治疗情况、生存技能、治疗目标5个模块得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。?Y论 全科团队干预模式在社区糖尿病患者管理中起到重要的作用，能够有效改善患者的生活质量和身体机能，维持患者的病情稳定，值得广泛推广。 　　[关键词]全科团队干预模式；社区糖尿病患者；管理；影响 　　[中图分类号] R544.11 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2018）2（b）-0050-03 　　Impact of general practitioner team intervention on the management of community diabetic patients 　　ZOU Guo-tao LUO Min-shan WU Yuan-yuan 　　Heping Community Health Service Center，Fuyong People′s Hospital of Baoan District in Shenzhen City，Baoan 518103，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To explore the influence of general practitioner team intervention on the management of diabetic patients in the community.Methods From March 2015 to December 2016，94 patients with diabetes in our center were selected as the research objects，and divided into control group and observation group by random number tables method，47 cases in each group.In the control group，the traditional diabetes community management mode was used，while in the observation group，general practitioner team intervention was provided.The quality of life and diabetic control in the two groups were observed and compared.Results In the observation group，the scores of psychological function，physiologicalfunction，spiritualballast，socialfunction，and surroundings in QOL-100 scale were all higher than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.The scores of cognition on diabetes and its complications，livinghabit，treatment，survial skills，therapeutic goal，and knowledge structure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion General practitioner team intervention mode plays an important role in the management of community diabetes patien
