关于加强上杭县县域财源培植思考 　　【摘 要】近年来，我县通过供给侧结构性改革，农业、农村经济稳步发展，社会事业全面进步，人民生活水平不断提高。论文通过分析上杭县县域财源培植存在的问题，提出了相应的对策，为地方政府培育财源提供参考。 　　【Abstract】In recent years， through the structural reform of the supply side， our county has steadily developed agriculture and rural economy， made overall progress in social undertakings， and improved the peoples living standards. This paper analyzes the existing problems of county financial resources cultivation in Shanghang county， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures， so as to provide reference for local governments to cultivate financial resources. 　　【?P键词】县域
