关注小组护理方案对重症胰腺炎手术患者康复效果影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨关注小组护理方案对重症胰腺炎手术患者康复效果的影响。 方法 选取重症胰腺炎患者102例作为研究对象，根据护理方式不同将患者分为对照组和观察组，对照组接受传统的护理方案，观察组接受关注小组护理方案，比较两组患者术前及术后3个月后的焦虑情况[采用焦虑自评表（SAS）]、抑郁情况[采用抑郁自评表（SDS）]、整体病情的变化[采用动态急性生理和慢性健康状况评分（APACHE）]及并发症情况。 结果 护理后，对照组的SAS评分显著降低，观察组的SAS评分和SDS评分显著降低，观察组的SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；护理后两组患者的体温、心率、呼吸频率及APACHE评分均有明显改善，观察的心率及APACHE评分均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；对照组的并发症例数明显高于观察组，观察组的总满意度明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 重症胰腺炎手术患者术后采用关注小组护理方案可明显改善患者的忧郁和焦虑状态，并改善患者的慢性健康评分及并发症的发生，值得临床推广。 　　[关键词] 关注小组护理；重症胰腺炎；康复 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）09-0128-04 　　Effect of rehabilitation in concerning group nursing scheme on severe acute pancreatitis patients with operation 　　HU Qiaoying1 ZHOU Mengtao2 　　1.Department of General Surgery， the First Peoples Hospital of Yongkang City in Zhejiang Province， Yongkang 321300， China； 2.Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery， the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical College， Wenzhou 325000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect of rehabilitation in concerning group nursing scheme on severe acute pancreatitis patients with operation.
