内镜黏膜下剥离术与外科手术治疗早期胃癌疗效对比研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨比较内镜黏膜下剥离术与外科手术治疗早期胃癌的临床疗效。方法 该研究所有患者均为方便选取2015年3月―2017年3月期间该院及外院收治的早期胃癌患者，共50例。依据患者治疗方式将50例患者分为内镜组与外科组，其中内镜组患者共35例，采用内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗，外科组患者共15例，采用外科手术治疗，对两组患者的临床疗效、手术时间、住院时间进行比较分析。结果 内镜组患者治疗有效率94.29%显著高于外科组患者治疗有效率66.67%，数据比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；内镜组患者手术时间（88.75±20.12）min低于对照组（196.57±50.06）min，住院时间（10.21±2.26）d低于对照组（21.06±6.53）d，数据比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 与外科手术治疗相比，内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗效果更好，且手术时间短，患者术后恢复速度快，值得在临床上推广应用。 　　[关键词] 内镜黏膜下剥离术；外科手术；早期胃癌 　　[中图分类号] R735.2 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）05（c）-0090-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss and compare the clinical curative effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection and surgical surgery in treatment of early gastric cancer. Methods 50 cases of patients with early gastric cancer treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups according to the treatment method， the endoscopic group with 35 cases adopted the endoscopic submucosal dissection， while the surgical group with 15 cases adopted the surgical survey， and the clinical curative effect， operation time and length of stay were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effective rate in the endoscopic group was obviously higher than that in the surgical group， （94.29% vs 66.67%）， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）， and the operation time and length of stay in the endoscopic group were lower than those in the control group[（88.75±20.12）min，（10.21±2.26）d vs （196.57±50.06）min，（21.06±6.53）d]， and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P0.05）.
