本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE V 摘 要 近年来，由于计算机电子技术的飞速发展，我国各行各业都在大力发展研究如何把计算机引入到本行业的信息管理中来。在汽车维修行业有许多专家、研究人员正在大力研究和探讨计算机在汽修行业管理的应用。而一些运输企业，尤其是大中型运输企业，为适应其发展，方便管理，节省开支，早已拥有自己的汽车维修部门，为了能够更好的管理企业，一些管理较先进的运输企业也在尝试使用汽车维修与配件管理信息系统。 本文以运输企业汽车维修部门为背景，在对运输企业汽车维修管理，维修材料管理，企业员工管理及相关财务管理工作进行调研的基础上，首先对运输企业组织结构、业务流程、数据流程等进行分析；然后，对数据库依次进行概念结构设计、逻辑结构设计和物理结构设计；再根据功能需求分析和系统设计的总目标，对系统的总体结构和各子系统的结构进行了设计。最后，使用Visual FoxPro 6.0编程语言，开发出汽车维修管理信息系统。 本系统能够实现车辆信息管理，维修信息管理，维修费用结算，企业员工信息管理，维修材料信息管理等功能，是一套具有多个功能模块协调发挥作用的汽车维修与配件管理信息系统，它能够使汽车维修各业务协调运行，使车辆的信息管理，维修信息管理等工作更方便，便与相关部门的信息沟通、协调工作，增强工作的透明度和便利性，提高企业工作效益，降低企业运营成本。 关键词：管理信息系统；汽车维修；系统分析；系统设计 Abstract In recent years, Chinese are seeking to develop and study vigorously on how to put the computer into the information management of the industries due to the rapid development of computer electronics technology. In the automotive repair industry, there are many experts and researchers are studying computer applications vigorously on the automotive industry management. Some transport enterprises, especially large and medium transport enterprises, already have theirs own car repair workshop and the corresponding auto parts library, in order to meet theirs development, facilitate management, cost savings. In order to be able to manage business better, some transportation companies of more advanced management are trying to use the auto repair and parts management information system. The paper take the vehicle maintenance department for transport enterprises as the background, which is based on research about auto maintenance management, maintenance materials management, enterprise staff management, and related financial management work of transport enterprise, analysis the organizational structure, business processes, data flow, etc. of the transport enterprise firstly; designs the concept structural, the logical organization and the physics structural of database in turn; and then designs the systems overall structure and the structure of the various subsystems
