PAGE PAGE 23 浅谈中国民营企业财务管理问题 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国民营企业的规模取得了巨大的增长，民营经济已经发展成为股强大的经济力量，并成为推动我国经济稳定、持续增长的重要动力。然而，随着民营企业规模的不断扩大，制约民营企业发展的各因素开始日益显露，而财务管理薄弱就是其中很重要的因素之一。 本文针对我国民营企业财务管理的现状，主要采用调查、引用、归纳和案例分析法，着重分析了民营企业财务管理中普遍存在的主要问题，然后结合案例形成以上问题的原因进行了深入的分析，并在原因分析的基础上，提出了加强民营企业财务管理应采用的对策。在全文中，既介绍了一些因财务失控而导致出现财务危机的企业，希望能给其他民营企业带来一点经验和教训，也介绍了一些成功企业的模式，例如鄂尔多斯的集权型财务管理模式，陕西伟志集团股份有限公司的内部审司制度等，以供借鉴。当今，民营企业对解决我国就业、发展经济、构建和谐社会至关重要，期望本文能对促进民营企业的可持续发展有所帮助。 关键词 民营企业， 财务管理， 投资，风险管理 Abstract Since reform and opening, the size of private enterprises in China has made tremendous growth, the private economy has developed into a powerful economic force in stock, and for promoting economic stability, sustained growth of the important driving force. However with the constant expansion of private enterprise, restrict the development of private enterprises began to become increasingly apparent of various factors, and weak financial management is one very important factor. In this paper, the financial management of the status of private enterprises, mainly the use of surveys, references, induction and case analysis, analyzes the financial management of private enterprises in the major common issues, and then the formation of the above problems with case-depth analysis of the causes ,and based on the analysis in the reasons put forward to strengthen the financial enterprises should adopt .Not only introduces some loss of control caused by the financial companies in financial crisis, hoping to give other private enterprises to bring some experience and lessons learned. Today, the private enterprise to solve our employment, economic development, essential to building a harmonious society, expect this to promote the sustainable development of private enterprises to help.
