利多卡因和石蜡油在前列腺增生患者导尿术中应用 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨前列腺增生患者留置导尿管时经尿道口注入2%利多卡因和无菌石蜡油的效果观察。方法 将80例前列腺增生患者按入院时间先后顺序分为对照组和实验组各40例，对照组患者按传统导尿术导尿；实验组患者经尿道口注入2%利多卡因和无菌石蜡油后进行导尿。结果 实验组和对照组的导尿有效率分别为97.5%、70%；导尿致尿道出血率分别为7.5%、55%。实验组的导尿有效率明显高于对照组(P0.01)，有显著性差异；实验组的导尿致尿道出血率明显低于对照组(P0.01)，有显著性差异。结论 前列腺增生患者经尿道口注入2%利多卡因和无菌石蜡油后进行导尿。该方法取材简便易行，成功率高，对尿道刺激小，损伤少，能减少患者的痛苦及尿路感染等并发症的发生，值得在临床中推广和应用。 　　【关键词】 利多卡因；石蜡油；前列腺增生；导尿术 　　 　　Application of Infusing Lidocaine and Paraffin Oil on patients with Hyperplasia of prostate gland 　　QIU Zui-ran, XIAO Chun-xia, LI Bi-qing. 　　Chenghai People?s Hospital of Shantou,Guangdong,515800,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of catheterization of infusing 2% lidocaine and paraffin oil to prostatic hyperplasia patients by way of indwelling urine.Methods 80 cases of prostatic hyperplasia patients were timely in hospital divided into the contrasted group and the experimental group,40 each.The contrasted group used traditional catheterization,the experimental group used 2% lidocaine and paraffin oil by way of indwelling urine.Results Compared to the two groups, the efficacy of catheterization in the experimental group(97.5%)was significantly higher than that of the contrasted group(70%),the urethral hemorrhage rate in the experimental group(7.5%) was significantly lower than that of the contrasted group(55%).Differences in two groups had the statistical significance (P0.01). Conclusion The way that efficacy of catheterization of infusing 2% lidocaine and paraffin oil to prostatic hyperplasia patients by way of indwelling urine,which is easy to follow and can significantly reduce the pain and urethral injury for patients,can improve the success rate of intubation one time, is worthy to be popularized. 　　【Key words】 Lidocaine；Paraffin Oil； Prostatic Hyperplasia；Catheterization technique 　　 　　传统导尿术虽然是一项常规的医疗操作，但在临床实践中遇到排尿困难的男性患者，该方法并不一定有效［1］。如果泌尿专科医生也不能将导尿管插入膀胱，则需要行耻骨上膀胱穿刺造痿引流尿液。为此，我们对40例前列腺增生患者经尿道口注入2%利多卡因和无菌石蜡油后进行导尿，取得较好的效果，现报告如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.
