动态心电图不同皮肤处理方法与阻抗关系 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨动态心电图不同皮肤处理方法与阻抗的关系。 方法 选择2014年2月～2016年2月我院心内科进行动态心电图检测的155例患者作为研究对象，按照动态心电图检查前皮肤处理时脱脂剂的不同，将研究对象平均分为对照组和实验组。对照组85例患者采用75%乙醇脱脂剂，实验组70例患者采用纳米脱脂剂。分别测定两组患者的前胸皮肤阻抗，观察并记录两组患者的不良反应症状。 结果 实验组前胸皮肤阻抗值明显低于对照组（P0.05）。两组患者检查后出现不同程度的皮肤瘙痒、皮肤发红、皮疹、水疱等心电图检查常见不良反应。对照组中，皮肤瘙痒1例，皮肤发红6例，皮疹3例，总不良反应率为11.76%（10/85）；实验组中，未见皮肤瘙痒，皮肤发红1例，皮疹1例，总不良反应发生率为2.86%（2/70），两组总不良反应率比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 纳米脱脂剂处理皮肤的方法相比75%乙醇脱脂剂能显著降低动态心电图测试患者的前胸皮肤阻抗值，使心电图图像记录基线稳定、干扰小、心电图图像清晰，并且不良反应明显减少。 　　[关键词] 动态心电图；皮肤处理；阻抗；关系 　　[中图分类号] R444 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）05（b）-0022-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the relation between different skin handling methods and impedance in dynamic electrocardiogram. Methods 155 patients who were given dynamic electrocardiogram in our department from February 2014 to February 2016 were selected and divided into control group and experimental group based on different degreasant agents of skin handling before examination.85 patients in control group were handled by 75% ethyl alcohol degreasant，while 70 patients in experimental group were given nanometer degreasant.Skin impedance of chest was determined respectively and adverse reactions were observed and recorded in two groups. Results The skin impedance value of chest in the experimental group was significantly lower and that of in the control group，and there was significant difference between two groups （P0.05）.Different degrees of common adverse reactions of ECG such as skin itch，redness，rash，and bubble were observed in two groups.Of the 85 patients in the control group，there were 1 case of itch，6 cases of redness，and 3 cases of rash，and the overall incidence rate of adverse reactions was 11.76%.Of the 70 patients in the experimental group，there were 1 case of redness，1 cases of rash，and nobody of itch，the overall incidence rate of adverse reactions was 2.86%.Compared with that in the control group，the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the experimental group was significantly lower （P0
