前列腺体积和年龄因素对前列腺特异性抗原指标在前列腺癌筛选中影响分析 　　 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨前列腺体积（PV）和年龄因素对前列腺特异性抗原（PSA）指标在前列腺癌（Pca）筛选中的影响。 方法 选取2008年12月~2013年12月收治被怀疑Pca的患者165例为研究对象，经实验室确诊后，将22例确诊的Pca患者列为研究组（Pca组），剩余143例患者列为对照组（非Pca组）。根据患者的不同年龄和PV的大小，将两组各分为3个年龄亚组（50～65岁、66～80岁、80岁以上）和2个PV亚组（PV＜50 ml组、PV≥50 ml组），然后分别比较不同水平的PSA（≤4 μg/L、4～10 μg/L、≥10 μg/L）患者的人数情况。 结果 两组各年龄段不同水平 PSA患者的比例比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；在PV＜50 ml亚组中的PSA＜10 μg/L水平段上，两组患者的比例比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），在PV＜50 ml亚组中的PSA≥10μg/L水平段以及在PV≥50 ml中不同水平PSA患者的比例比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论 年龄因素和PV≥50 ml对PSA在Pca筛选中几乎无影响，但是当PV＜50 ml时，检测PSA对Pca的筛选有重要意义。 　　[关键词] 前列腺特异性抗原；前列腺癌；年龄；前列腺体积 　　[中图分类号] R737.25[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）05（a）-0028-03 　　 　　Effect of prostate volume and patients′age on PSA indexs in screening prostate cancer 　　HE Zhuo-bin LIU Tao DING Qiang-hong LI Guo-qing 　　Dalang Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province，Dongguan 523770，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the influence of prostate volume (PV) and age on prostate specific antigen (PSA) in screening prostate cancer (Pca). Methods 105 patients suspected Pca from December 2008 to December 2013 were selected as the research objects,22 patients with Pca were selected as the study group (the Pca group),another 143 patients were selected as the control group (the non-Pca group) after laboratory diagnosis.According to the different age of patients and PV size,the two groups were divided into the three different age subgroups (50～65,66～80 years old,and above 80 years old),and two PV-subgroups (that was PV 0.05);when PV was0.05);PV≥50 ml of every PSA level of proportion of patients,there were no significant differences (P0.05).
