加强院前急救护理管理对提高院前救护效果影响研究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨加强院前急救护理管理在提高院前救护效果方面的作用与价值。方法：选取2016年4月-2017年7月在本院接受院前急救的94例患者?M行研究，根据入院时间的先后顺序分为研究组和对照组，每组各47例。对照组患者予常规院前急救护理，研究组给予加强院前急救护理管理。比较两组患者急救相关指标（出车反应时间、途中时间）、患者紧急抢救成功率及患者及家属对院前急救工作的满意度。结果：研究组出车反应时间和途中时间分别为（163.7±10.5）s和（180.2±9.8）s，患者紧急抢救成功率为97.9%（46/47），患者及家属对急救抢救工作总满意度为93.6%（44.47）；对照组分别为（329.4±11.6）s、（267.1±13.9）s、85.1%（40/47）和78.7%（37/47），两组的四个指标比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：加强院前急救护理管理可缩短院前急救所需时间，提高工作效率，并大幅度提高患者的抢救成功率，值得临床借鉴与推广。 　　【关键词】 院前急救； 护理管理； 抢救成功率 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To discuss the role and value of strengthening pre-hospital emergency nursing management in improving the effect of pre-hospital care.Method：94 patients who received pre-hospital care in our hospital from April 2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the time of admission，47 patients in each group.The control group received routine pre-hospital care，while the study group was given strengthening pre-hospital care management.The first aid indicators （vehicle reaction time， route time），emergency rescue success rate，satisfaction of patients and their families in pre-hospital emergency work of two groups were compared.Result：In study group，the response time and route time were （163.7±10.5） seconds and （180.2±9.8） seconds，the emergency rescue success rate was 97.9% （46/47），the satisfaction degree of patients and their relatives in emergency treatment was 93.6% （44/47）；those indexes of the control group respectively were （329.4±11.6） seconds，（267.1±13.9） seconds，85.1% （40/47） and 78.7%（37/47），there were significant differences in the four indexes between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Strengthening the pre-hospital care management can shorten the time needed for pre hospital care，improve work efficiency，and greatly improve the patients rescue success rate，it is worthy of clinical reference and promotion. 　　【Key words】 Pre-hospital emergency care； Nursing management； Rescue success rate 　　First-author’s add
