双钢板技术在治疗肱骨髁上髁间粉碎性骨折中应用价值 　　【摘要】 目的：探究肱骨髁上髁间粉碎性骨折患者采用双钢板技术治疗的临床效果。方法：随机选取本院2010年5月-2014年5月收治的肱骨髁上髁间粉碎性骨折患者45例，均采用双钢板技术治疗，术后长期随访并记录患者的疗效、肘关节功能、生活质量、并发症。结果：患者骨折愈合时间3～9个月，平均（4.6±1.2）个月；术后12个月的预后优良率为95.6%，明显高于术后3周的62.2%和术后3个月的84.4%，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；术后12个月的肘关节功能评分、SF-36生活质量评分均明显高于术前和术后3周，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。3例患者出现骨化性肌炎，1例患者出现伤口感染，1例患者出现关节轻度狭窄。所有患者均未出现肘内翻畸形、肘关节粘连、神经损伤等现象。结论：双钢板技术治疗肱骨髁上髁间粉碎性骨折的疗效显著，骨折愈合时间较短，术后患者肘关节功能和生活质量提升较快，并发症发生率较低，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 双钢板技术； 肘关节功能； 肱骨髁上髁间粉碎性骨折； 生活质量 　　The Application Value of Double Steel Plate Technique on the Humerus Condyle Epicondyle Comminuted Fracture/WANG Feng，CHEN Shi-zhen，WU Feng-cai，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（03）：042-045 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the application value of double steel plate technique on the humerus condyle epicondyle comminuted fracture.Method：45 patients with humerus condyle epicondyle comminuted fracture in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2014 were randomly selected，all patients adopt double plate technology treatment.Long-term follow-up after surgery，and the curative effect of patients，the elbow function，quality of life and complications were recorded.Result：The fracture healing time of patients was 95.6%，which 3 to 9 months，an average of （4.6±1.2）months.The excellent and good rate of 12 months after operation was significantly higher than 62.2% of the patients at 3 weeks after surgery and 84.4% at the end of the 3 months after surgery，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.After surgery 12 months，the elbow joint function score，SF-36 quality of life scores were significantly higher than those of preoperative and postoperative 3 weeks，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Myositis ossificans observed in 3 patients， 　　1 case with wound infection，1 case of a joint with mild stenosis.All patients were not present elbow varus deformity，elbow adhesion and nerve damage.Conclusion：Double steel plate technique on the treatment of humerus condyle epicondyle commi
