原发性高血压患者血脂综合指数与左心房大小相关性研究 　　[摘要]目的 探讨原发性高血压患者血脂综合指数与左心房大小的相关性。方法 选择2014年5月～2016年4月在我院接受治疗的原发性高血压患者200例，根据经胸超声心动图检查结果分为左心房增大组70例及左心房正常组130例。测量患者肾功能、血脂、血压、空腹血糖、血脂综合指数等指标并进行统计分析，采用Spearman进行相关性分析，多变量线性回归分析左心房增大的相关因素。结果 两组血脂综合指数差异有统计学意义（P0.05），Spearman相关性分析表明血脂综合指数与左心房大小呈正相关（r=0.418，P0.001），多因素线性回归分析，结果显示血脂综合指数与左心房大小呈正相关（β=0.394，95%CI： 0.133，0.697；P=0.001）。结论 在原发性高血压患者中，血脂综合指数与左心房大小呈正相关，并且是左心房增大的危险因素。 　　[关键字]原发性高血压；高血压；血脂综合指数；左心房；相关性 　　[中图分类号] R544 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）12（a）-0012-04 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the correlation between lipid comprehensive index and left atrial size in patients with essential hypertension.Methods From May 2014 to April 2016，200 patients with essential hypertention whose data were complete in our hospital were selected.According to the results of transthoracic echocardiography，the patients were divided into case atrial enlargement group（70 cases）and left atrial normal group（130 cases），The renal function， blood lipid，blood pressure， fasting blood glucose，blood lipid comprehensive index and other indicators were measured and statistically analyzed.Spearman was used for correlation analysis，and multivariate linear regression was used for the analysis of relevant factors of left atrial enlargement.Results In blood lipid comprehensive index between the two groups，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Spearman correlation analysis showed the blood lipid comprehensive index was positively correlated with the left atrial size （r=0.418，P0.001），and the multivariate linear regression analysis showed the blood lipid comprehensive index remained positively correlated with left atrial size （β=0.394，95%CI：0.133，0.697；P=0.001）.Conclusion In the patients with essential hypertension，the lipid comprehensive index is positively correlated with the left atrial size and is a risk factor for left atrial enlargement. 　　[Key words]Essential hypertension；Hypertension；Blood lipid comprehensive index；Left atria；Correlation 　　高血
