后浇带在工程设计中应用及施工质量控制 　　【摘 要】结合新发布的《混凝土结构设计规范》和施工经验,本文首先介绍了后浇带设置原因、部位、条件以及应注意的事项,并与沉降缝和变形缝在功能上进行了区分,还对高层建筑主体与裙房之间是设置永久变形缝,或是在施工阶段设置沉降后浇带做了详细介绍;其次,本文对后浇带设计所需控制要点和方法展开详细述,并利用节点详图介绍了后浇带的断面形式、构造做法,还对地下水位较高时,基础后浇带的防水要求做了说明;最后,文章针对超长地下室结构单靠设置后浇带不足以解决混凝土收缩和温度变化的问题,详细介绍了处理方法,并对后浇带施工时应注意事项以及控制后浇带施工质量的施工方法进行了详细的阐述。 　　【关键词】后浇带;设计;施工 　　 　　Application of post-cast joint in engineering design and construction quality control 　　Yue Xiao-long 　　(Seventh China Construction General Contracting company Ltd.
