双源CT双能量扫描在肝脏肿瘤诊断中应用分析 　　【摘要】 目的：分析在肝脏肿瘤患者的临床诊断中，给予患者双源CT双能量扫描的具体应用效果。方法：选择笔者所在医院在2016年1-12月收治的35例肝脏肿瘤患者为主要研究对象加以分析，所有患者均需接受双源CT双能量扫描，患者接受门静脉期扫描后会生成3个不同序列的成像，医生将相关数据传输至工作站之后，利用软件生成VNC虚拟平扫图像，对患者VNC图像与普通平扫TNE图像显示的肿瘤情况，并且对不同类型患者不同时期的碘浓度进行对比观察。结果：患者各部位VNC与TNE的CT值比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05），在对比碘浓度情况后，肝血管瘤碘浓度与其他类型相比，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：在肝脏肿瘤患者的临床诊断当中，双源CT双能量扫描的应用效果较好，尤其对肝血管瘤诊断效果较好，该方法值得在临床中应用。 　　【关键词】 肝脏肿瘤； 扫描； 诊断； 双能量； 双源CT 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.27.042 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）27-0078-03 　　Application of Dual-source CT Dual Energy Scanning in Diagnosis of Liver Cancer/LIN Xue-min，CAI Li-jie，YAN Fei.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（27）：78-80 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the specific application effect of dual-source CT dual energy scanning in the clinical diagnosis of patients with liver cancer.Method：35 patients with liver tumors admitted in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were selected as the main subjects.All patients were required to undergo dual-source CT dual-energy scanning.The patients were treated with portal vein scan.A different sequence of imaging，the doctor would be related to the data transmitted to the workstation after the use of the relevant software to generate VNC virtual scan image，the patient VNC images and general scan TNE images showed the tumor situation，and different types of patients with different periods of iodine concentration were observed.Result：There were no significant differences in CT values of VNC and TNE in all the patients（P0.05）.After comparing the iodine concentration，there was a difference in the iodine concentration of the hemangioma compared with other types，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：In the clinical diagnosis of liver cancer patients，dual-source CT dual-energy scanning application is better，especially in the diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma，the method is worthy of clinical application. 　　【Key words】 Liver tumor； Scanning； Diagnosis； Dual energy； Dual so
