围术期多层次护理在乳腺癌手术中应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 探讨围术期多层次护理在乳腺癌手术中的应用效果。方法 选取2014年1月～2016年12月我院收治的66例需行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组各33例。对照组采用手术室常规护理，观察组采用围术期多层次护理。比较两组患者手术配合度、舒适度及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者手术配合度（100.0%）高于对照组（87.9%），整体舒适度[（18.58±1.93）分]高于对照组[（13.56±2.37）分]，护理满意度（93.9%）高于对照组（72.7%），差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 围术期采用多层次护理在乳腺癌手术中应用效果好，能提高该类患者的手术配合度、舒适度及满意度。 　　[关键词]乳腺癌；多层次护理；围术期；护理体会；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R473.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）09（a）-0186-03 　　Application effect of perioperative multi-level care in the operation of breast cancer 　　TIAN Hong ZHANG Chao-hong PENG Jian-you LIN Ze-hua LUO Wei-fang LI Xuan▲ 　　Department of Operating Room，Guangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Guangdong Province，Guangzhou 510000，China 　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the effect of perioperative multi-level care in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016 in our hospital 66 patients underwent surgical treatment of breast cancer patients as the research object，randomly divided into control group （n=33），the operation room routine nursing）and observation group （n=33，the perioperative nursing of multi-level）.Two groups were compared with surgery，comfort and the degree of satisfaction.Results In the observation group，the postoperative coordination degree was 100%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group （87.9%）；The overall comfort of the observation group was [（18.58±1.93） points]，which was significantly higher than that of the control group [（13.56±2.37） points]；The satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was 93.9%，which was significantly higher than that of the control group （72.7%），and the differences were statistically significant （P0.05）.Conclusion The perioperative application of multi-level care in breast cancer surgery has good effect，can improve the patients surgical cooperation，comfort and patient satisfaction. 　　[Key words]Breast cancer；Multi-level care；Perioperative；Nursing experience；Application effect 　　乳腺癌的
