团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 分析团队管理模式在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法 ?x取我院2015年6～12月在急诊科治疗的70例患者为对照组，选取2016年1～9月实施团队管理模式后在急诊科治疗的70例患者为观察组。比较两组患者的基础护理满意度、服务态度满意度以及护理人员的资料填写合格率、操作技术以及科室管理两方面的护理质量评分。结果 观察组患者的基础护理满意度、服务态度满意度均显著高于对照组（P0.05）；观察组护理人员的资料填写合格率、操作技术以及科室管理评分均显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 团队管理模式在急诊护理管理工作中能有效提高护士团队的整体素质，进而提升患者对护理操作的满意度，护理质量的大幅提高更能促进良好的护患关系的形成，值得在护理管理工作中应用推广。 　　[关键词]团队管理模式；急诊护理管理；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R192.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）12（c）-0137-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To analyze the application effect of team management mode in emergency nursing management.Methods From June to December 2015，70 patients treated in the emergency department were selected as the control group，while another 70 patients after carrying out team management mode from January to September 2016 were selected as the observation group.The satisfaction degree of basic nursing，service attitude，and the nursing quality scores of qualification rate of filling in information by nurse，performance technique，and department management were compared in patients between the two groups.Results In the observation group，satisfaction degree of the basic nursing，and service attitude were all higher than those in the control group （P0.05）.The scores of the quality rate of filling in information by nurse，performance technique，and department management were all much higher than those in the control group with statistical differences （P0.05）.Conclusion In the emergency nursing management，the team management mode can improve the overall quality of the nurses，and further increase the patients′ satisfaction degree on nursing performance.Great improvement of nursing quality can facilitate a favorable nurse-patient relationship，which is worthy of application and promotion in nursing management. 　　[Key words]Team management mode；Emergency nursing management；Application effect 　　团队管理是指以团队作为开展工作的基础单位，在这个固定的单位中，队员的专业能力得以最大限度地发挥，同时团队协助方式也能从根本上提升整个团队的工作效率[1]。急诊科接收的大多是急危重患者，如果抢救措施不及时，患者甚至会有生命危险[2]。提高急诊科综合护理水平，是保护患者生命健康的
