听觉诱发电位在眩晕病因诊断中意义分析 　　【摘要】 目的 观察和分析听觉诱发电位在眩晕病因诊断中的临床意义。方法 选取46例眩晕患者作为观察组， 另选取同期46例体检健康者作为对照组。两组均接受脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）测定分析， 记录相关测定指标并进行比较。结果 观察组患者中， BAEP检查结果异常者35例， 异常率为76.09%， 其中内耳型异常10例（28.57%）， 脑干异常18例（51.43%）， 混合性损害7例（20.00%）， 对照组检查均无异常。两组Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波峰潜伏期（PL）及Ⅰ～Ⅲ、Ⅲ～Ⅴ、Ⅰ～Ⅴ波峰间潜伏期（IPL）比较， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.01）。结论 BAEP在眩晕患者的病因诊断中具有重要的临床价值， 准确可靠， 对损伤部位进行定位诊断， 为后续的临床治疗提供依据。 　　【关键词】 听觉诱发电位；眩晕；诊断 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.33.013 　　Analysis of the significance of auditory evoked potential in the etiological diagnosis of vertigo WU Dan. Methods There were 46 vertigo patients as observation group， and concurrent 46 physical examination cases as control group. The brainstem auditory evoked potential （BAEP） in the two groups was measured and analyzed， and the related indexes were recorded and compared. Results In observation group， there were 35 cases with abnormal BAEP， accounting for 76.09%， including 10 cases of inner ear abnormalities （28.57%）， 18 cases of brainstem abnormalities （51.43%）， 7 cases of mixed lesion （20.00%）， and there was no abnormality in the control group. Ⅰ， Ⅲ， Ⅴ peak latency （PL） and Ⅰ～Ⅲ， Ⅲ～Ⅴ， Ⅰ～Ⅴ inter peak latency （IPL） between the two groups were compared， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.01）. 　　Conclusion BAEP shows important clinical value in the etiological diagnosis of vertigo patients.
