呼吸频率顺应性氧合呼吸用力指数预测ICU患者脱机能力临床研究 　　[摘要]目的 分析在ICU接受?C械通气治疗的患者采用呼吸用力指数和呼吸浅快指数对脱机能力和撤机条件进行预测的临床价值。方法 选择2015年3月～2017年3月在我院ICU收治的接受机械通气治疗且撤机成功的慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者57例为研究组，再抽取同期接受机械通气治疗但撤机失败的COPD患者57例为对照组。采用呼吸机对两组患者呼吸用力指数和呼吸浅快指数两项指标水平进行测定，比较两项指标水平的测定结果和检测结果阳性率。结果 研究组患者的呼吸用力指数高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；呼吸浅快指数低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组患者呼吸用力指数和呼吸浅快指数两项指标水平检测阳性差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 在ICU接受机械通气治疗的患者，撤机成功者的呼吸用力指数明显高于失败者，呼吸浅快指数明显低于失败者，临床可根据这一特点，对患者在治疗期间是否具备撤机条件作出更加客观而准确的判断。 　　[关键词]ICU；机械通气；撤机；呼吸用力指数；呼吸浅快指数；预测；价值 　　[中图分类号] R459.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2017）11（b）-0017-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To evaluate the clinical value of breathing force index and fast and shallow breathing index in predicting offline capacity and weaning conditions in the ICU patients receiving mechanical ventilation.Methods A total of 57 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） who were admitted to ICU in our hospital and given mechanical ventilation and successful weaning from March 2015 to March 2017 were selected.Then 57 patients with COPD who were given mechanical ventilation during the same period but the weaning was failed were selected.The patients were respectively assigned to the study group and the control group.The existing ventilator in our hospital was adopted to measure the two indices of breathing force index and fast and shallow breathing index in the study subjects of both groups，and the measurement results of the two indices and the positive rate of results were compared.Results The breathing force index in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group，and the difference between groups was significant（P0.05）；the fast and shallow breathing index was lower than that in the control group，and the difference was significant（P0.05）.The positive rate of breathing force index and fast and shallow breathing index positive rate of the difference was significant between the groups（P0.05）.Conclusion In the ICU patients receiving mechanical ventilation，the breathing
