基于SCI数据库2007―2016年中美针灸研究文献计量分析 　　摘要：目的 探究2007-2016年中美两国在针灸领域的研究情况，并进行对比分析，找出我国在针灸领域的研究弱项，为未来发展提供数据参考。方法 阅读相关文献确定检索策略，使用Web of Science数据库进行检索，将收集到的资料导入InCites平台进行数据分析。结果 共检索到文献 2 824篇，中国1 935篇，美国1 158篇。美国文献被引情况好于中国。研究机构中，美国发文量最多的是哈佛大学，中国发文量最多的是中国中医科学院。期刊分布中，美国针灸发文量排名前10的期刊中，有9个分布在Q1、Q2区；中国发文量排名前10的期刊分布在Q1、Q2区的为6个。研究方向中，中美两国均集中在补充与替代医学，但相同研究方向中美国的研究水平高于中国。结论 中国针灸研究相关文章数量多，但整体质量没有美国好。中国研究者需进一步提高研究水平，提高针灸文献影响力。 　　关键词：针灸；文献计量学；对比研究；中国；美国；SCI数据库 　　DOI： 10.3969/j.issn.2095-5707.2018.01.002 　　中图分类号：R246 文献标识码：A 文章编号：2095-5707（2018）01-0005-08 　　Abstract： Objective To explore the research situation between China and America in the field of acupuncture in the period of 2007-2016； To make a comparative analysis to find out the weak research in the field of acupuncture； To provide data references for future development. Methods Relevant literature was read to determine the search strategies. The Web of Science database was used to get data， and then the data were put into the InCites platform for data analysis. Results A total of 2 824 articles were retrieved， including 1 935 articles in China and 1 158 articles in America. In terms of research institutes， Harvard University issued the largest amount of articles in America， and Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine issued the largest amount of articles in China. In terms of journal distribution， among the top 10 journals with acupuncture articles in America， 9 of the top 10 were distributed in Q1 and Q2 areas， while among the top 10 journals with acupuncture articles in China， 6 of the top 10 were distributed in Q1 and Q2 areas. In terms of research direction， China and America concentrated on the supplement and alternative medicine， but America had higher level of research in the same research direction than China. Conclusion The number of articles about acupuncture in China is big， but the overall quality is not as good as America. So the influence of acupuncture literature should be improved. 　　Key words： acu
