基于互联网微信平台脊柱结核患者健康教育效果评价   [摘要] 目的 探讨通过微信平台的建立对脊柱结核患者实施健康教育,并进行效果分析及评价。方法 采用方便取样法,抽取2015年3~12月于解放军第三?九医院脊柱外科行手术治疗的210例脊柱结核患者,按就诊时间顺序分为对照组92例,实验组118例。对照组采用常规教育模式,实验组采用微信平台辅助教学。评估患者入院时、术后7 d焦虑状况、健康教育评分及出院时患者对健康教育的满意度。结果 入院时两组焦虑评分差异无统计学意义(P 0.05),术后7 d实验组焦虑评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P 0.05),术后7 d实验组认识、情感、技能领域评分高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P 0.01);实验组患者满意度高于对照组,差异有高度统计学意义(P 0.01)。结论 基于互联网微信平台的健康教育对脊柱结核患者认识、情感、技能各领域的教学效果优于常规教学,降低了患者的焦虑程度,提高了满意度,具有临床应用和推广价值。   [关键词] 互联网;微信;脊柱结核;健康教育;效果评价   [中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721(2016)10(a)-0168-04   Evaluation of health education for patients with spinal tuberculosis based on Internet WeChat platform   YU Mei CHANG Chunjia YANG Xiaoying BI Na CHEN Jiayi ZHANG Yanhui YU Xingyan   Department of Spinal Surgery, the 309th Hospital of PLA, Beijing 100091, Chian   [Abstract] Objective To explore the implementation of health education for patients with spinal tuberculosis through the establishment of WeChat platform, and to analyze and evaluate the effect of health education. Methods 210 patients with spinal tuberculosis underwent surgery in Department of Spinal Surgery, the 309th Hospital of PLA from March to December 2015, selected by convenient sampling, were divided into the control group with 92 cases, and the experimental group with 118 cases, according to their admission time. Patients of the control group received health education by common pattern, and patients of the experimental group received health education in the assistance of a communication platform founded on WeChat. The anxiety level, health education scores before admission and 7 d after the operation and the satisfaction degree of health education at discharge were assessed in the two groups.
