PAGE 宁夏大学机械工程学院2009届毕业设计 PAGE 摘 要 摘要：多效蒸发器的特点是利用前效产生的二次蒸汽来推动后一效蒸发器，以达到节能降耗的目的。在本次设计中通过多方搜集资料，从设计条件出发，对马铃薯淀粉废水处理工段进行了物料恒算和热量衡算，计算确定出蒸发器相关工艺尺寸，对主要部件的进行结构选型，并对多效蒸发过程的换热系数进行了校核，确认设计结果符合设计任务要求。最后对设备的防腐保温作了分析。 关键词：淀粉废水；多效蒸发；工艺衡算；工艺尺寸；校核；防腐保温 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT:The multi-effect evaporator is characterized by the use of the former that have a secondary effect of steam to push the latter effect evaporator in order to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption.Design in this gather information through various, from the design conditions, wastewater treatment of potato starch to the materials section Constant heat balance calculation and the calculation to determine the relevant process evaporator size, the main structural components of selection and multi-effect evaporation process of the heat transfer coefficient for the calibration, the results confirm the design with the design requirements of the mandate.
