多功能内窥镜面罩在高龄慢阻肺患者无痛胃镜中应用 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨高龄慢阻肺患者无痛胃镜检查时应用多功能内窥镜面罩给氧技术的可行性和安全性。方法：选择66例慢阻肺稳定期行无痛胃镜检查的患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为面罩组（A组）和鼻导管组（B组），每组33例。两组均进行胃镜检查，A组使用多功能内窥镜面罩给氧，B组使用双孔鼻导管给氧。观察比较两组给氧前（T0）、麻醉后进镜前（T1）、胃镜取活检时（T2）及检查结束退镜后（T3）4个不同时点的收缩压、舒张压、心率及脉搏氧饱和度，同时记录并比较两组胃镜总检查时间，SpO20.05）；A组T1、T2、T3时SpO2均高于B组，A组出现SpO290%及SpO280%次数均少于B组，A组中断检查情况优于B组，A组总检查时间短于B组，以上比较差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：多功能内窥镜面罩在高龄慢阻肺患者无痛胃镜检查中的应用能够提高患者血氧饱和度，缩短检查时间，是一种安全、有效的麻醉辅助用具。 　　【关键词】 依托咪酯； 内窥镜面罩； 无痛胃镜； 高龄患者； 慢性阻塞性肺疾病 　　Application of Multifunctional Endoscopic Mask in Elderly Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Patients with Painless Gastroscopy/KANG Zhen-ming，XIE Wen-qin，XIE Wen-ji，et al.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（29）：049-051 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the feasibility and safety of multifunctional endoscopic mask oxygen inhalation technology in elderly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD） patients with the examination of painless gastroscopy.Method：66 patients with COPD in stable phase were selected and randomly divided into the multifunctional endoscopic mask group（group A） and the nasal catheter group（group B），33 cases in each group，all patients were given the examination of painless gastroscopy.The group A was given multifunctional endoscopic mask oxygen inhalation，the group B was given nasal catheter oxygen inhalation.The systolic pressure，diastolic pressure，heart rate and pulse oxygen saturation of the two groups were observed and compared before giving oxygen（T0），after anesthesia and before the examination（T1），during the examination（T2） and after the examination（T3）.The total time of the examination，the times of SpO20.05）.In the time of T1，T2 and T3，the values of SpO2 in group A were significantly higher than those in group B.The times of SpO2 　　【Key words】 Etomidate； Endoscopic mask； Painless gastroscopy； Elderly patients； Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 　　First-author’s address：The First Hospital of Quanzhou City Affiliated to Fujian Medical University，Quanzhou
