山东科技大学学士学位论文 附录 第 PAGE 5 页 共 NUMPAGES 66 页 摘要 自泰勒的时间研究开拓了I.E.领域以来，I. E.技术发挥作用的主要动力是在于不断地创造新的技术，通过缩短物料转化时间或新产品开发周期、降低成本等来提高生产效率、经济效益和企业竞争力的。在过去的100多年的时间里，美国、日本、德国等发达国家制造企业以工业化为核心、以I. E.为支撑技术来提高经济效益、增强竞争实力，至今仍以此作为国际竞争的基础。目前国内IE学科尚处于起步阶段，制造业生产过程中对IE的概念、方法和工具的需求迫切而又知之甚少，关于IE实用方法的应用原理、步骤、适用场合以及集成应用平台的研究定会为制造业中推广应用IE技术提供方法论与技术支持。本论文主要针对宏宇公司进行优化，通过分析发现宏宇公司存在大量问题，严重影响了企业的效益，而基础IE可以在很少成本的情况下对其进行改善，达到提高效益的目的。由于基础IE的技术方法很多，本论文着重对宏宇公司进行程序分析，得到了很好的效果。 关键词：基础工业工程，实用方法，宏宇公司，程序分析 ABSTRACT Industrial Engineering (ab. IE) has been exploited as a technology filed since Taylors time study. The main reason for IEs huge effects lies in creating new technology continuously,.shorting the material-transform time or new products developing cycle, reducing cost etc. in order to increase productivity, profit and competitiveness. During the past one hundred years, the manufacture of the developed countries, such as America, Germany, Japan etc, increase its profit and enhance its competitiveness by the support of industrialization and IE. To this day, they also use them as the base technologies of international competition. In our country, IE subject is still in its beginning stage and the requirement of the concepts, methods and tools of IE is urgent and scarce in the workplace. The study of the principle, procedure, applicable situation and integrated application platform of the IE methods will provide methodology and theoretic support for manufacturing utilization.
