复合树脂加玻璃离子夹层修复老年牙根面龋应用效果 　　[摘要] 目的 研究复合树脂加玻璃离子夹层修复老年牙根面龋的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2011年1月～2013年12月接收的180例（295颗）老年牙根面龋患者为研究对象，根据患者意愿将其分为三组。A组（91颗）采用玻璃离子进行治疗；B组（109颗）采用光固化复合树脂进行治疗；C组（95颗）采用复合树脂加玻璃离子夹层修复。比较三组患者治疗6、12个月后的成功率。 结果 治疗6个月后，A组成功率为93.41%，B组为77.06%，C组为95.79%，从高到低依次为C组A组B组，且A、C组显著高于B组（P0.05）。治疗12个月后，A组成功率为76.92%，B组为65.14%，C组为94.74%，从高到低依次为C组A组B组，且C组显著高于A、B组（P0.05）。 结论 对于老年牙根面龋患者，复合树脂加玻璃离子夹层修复的近远期疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 牙根面龋；老年；复合树脂；玻璃离子；夹层技术 　　[中图分类号] R781.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）07（b）-0078-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of composite resin and glass ion sandwich restoration on the root caries in the elderly. Methods 180 cases of the patients with geriatric root caries （295 teeth） admitted into our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected as the research object and divided into three groups according to the wishes of patients.The patients in group A （91 teeth） were treated with glass ion，the patients in group B （109 teeth） were treated with light-cured composite resin while the patients in group C （95 teeth） were treated with the technique of composite resin and glass ion sandwich restoration.The success rates were compared between the two groups after the treatment of 6 months and 12 months. Results Six months after the treatment，the success rate of group A was 93.41%，the success rate of group B was 77.06% and that of group C was 95.79%.The order of the success rate from high to low was group C group A group B.The success rate of group A and C was significantly higher than that of group B （P0.05）.After 12 months of treatment，the success rate of group A was 76.92%，the success rate of group B was 65.14% and that of group C was 94.76%.The order of the success rate from high to low was group C group A group B，but the success rate in group C was significantly higher than that of group A and B （P0.05）.
