复方芪鹰颗粒对糖尿病周围神经病变大鼠Hsp70表达影响 　　[摘要] 目的 ?^察复方芪鹰颗粒对糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）大鼠坐骨神经Hsp70表达及坐骨神经损伤纤维的影响，探讨其机制。 方法 从60只Wistar大鼠中随机取出10只为正常组，50只大鼠造DPN模型，将成模43只大鼠随机分为模型组（11只）、复方芪鹰颗粒低剂量组（11只）、复方芪鹰颗粒中剂量组（11只）、复方芪鹰颗粒高剂量组（10只），实验过程中，模型组死亡3只，复方芪鹰颗粒低剂量组死亡1只。复方芪鹰颗粒低、中、高剂量组分别为1.17、2.34、4.68 g/kg，模型组、正常组均灌以相应容积的蒸馏水，1次/d。治疗4周后，观察各组Hsp70表达、坐骨神经损伤纤维变化。 结果 复方芪鹰颗粒各剂量组及模型组坐骨神经中Hsp70表达与正常组比较，差异有高度统计学意义（P 0.05）；复方芪鹰颗粒各剂量组及模型组与正常组在在坐骨神经损伤纤维百分比方面比较，差异有高度统计学意义（P 0.01）；复方芪鹰颗粒低、中、高剂量组与模型组在坐骨神经损伤纤维百分比方面比较，差异有高度统计学意义（P 0.01）。 结论 复方芪鹰颗粒可能通过调节DPN大鼠坐骨神经Hsp70水平，从而改善受损坐骨神经。 　　[关键词] 复方芪鹰颗粒；中药复方；糖尿病周围神经病变；Hsp70 　　[中图分类号] R259 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1673-7210（2017）01（a）-0028-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of Compound Qiying Granule on the expression of Hsp70 and the injury of sciatic nerve in sciatic nerve of rats with diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） and explore its mechanism. Methods From 60 Wistar rats， 10 rats were taken randomly as normal group， 50 rats were made DPN model， the model of 43 rats were randomly divided into model group （n=11）， low dose group of Compound Qiying Granule （n=11）， medium dose group of Compound Qiying Granule （n=11）， high dose group of Compound Qiying Granule （n=10）， in the course of the experiment， 3 rats died in the model group，1 rat died in low dose group of Compound Qiying Granule. The dose of low， middle and high group were 1.17， 2.34 and 4.68 g/kg respectively. Normal and model groups were given equal volume of distilled water once daily. After 4 weeks treatment， the expression of Hsp70 and the change of sciatic nerve fiber damage were observed. Results The expression of Hsp70 in each dose Compound Qiying Granule group and model group compared with the normal group， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）.
