复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗食管癌临床效果分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗食管癌的临床效果。方法 78例食管癌患者， 随机分为对照组及观察组， 各39例。对照组单用化疗治疗， 观察组采用复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及毒副反应、卡氏（KPS）评分。结果 观察组治疗有效率为79.49%， 高于对照组的58.97%， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后， 观察组KPS评分高于对照组， 差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组消化道毒副反应、白细胞毒性反应、血小板毒副反应评分均低于对照组， 差异均具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗食管癌效果良好， 利于减轻化疗毒副反应， 增加患者耐受性， 提高临床疗效， 具有积极的临床意义。 　　【关键词】 食管癌；复方苦参注射液；化疗；效果分析 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2017.33.002 　　Clinical effect analysis of compound Kushen injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of esophageal cancer CHEN Zhuang-zhong.
