复方硫酸氢黄连素软膏用于肛裂术后止痛促愈临床研究 　　[摘要] 目的 观察复方硫酸氢黄连素软膏换药在治疗肛裂术后止痛促愈方面的治疗价值。 方法 选取泉州市中医院肛肠科2012年6月～2014年5月收治的120例肛裂患者（所有被研究者均符合纳入标准），随机分配至复方硫酸氢黄连素软膏组（治疗组）、马应龙麝香痔疮膏组（对照组），每组均60例，分别进行治疗。对相关指标进行观察，包括药物的不良反应，治疗前后肝肾功能的相关变化情况，以及该药物的治疗效果，也就是创面止痛效果、愈合时间。 结果 （1）治疗组在用药治疗后，没有明显的不良反应，肝肾功能损害也没有发生；（2）治疗组术后48h内各时间点止痛效果明显优于对照组，前3次换药结束后0.5h止痛效果明显优于对照组，48h内镇痛剂用量明显少于对照组，创面愈合时间明显短于对照组，有非常显著性差异（P0.01）。 结论 复方硫酸氢黄连素软膏止痛效果及促愈作用明显优于马应龙麝香痔疮膏，且在用药过程中是安全的。 　　[关健词] 复方硫酸氢黄连素软膏；愈合时间；临床试验 　　[中图分类号] R269 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2015）18-30-05 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the treatment value of compound bisulfate berberine ointment in the treatment of postoperative analgesia and promoting healing of anal fissure. Methods 120 patients with anal fissure， who were accorded with inclusion criteria， were received and cured in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2014， were randomly divided into compound bisulfate berberine ointment group （treatment group） and musk hemorrhoids ointment group （control group） and were treated respectively， with 60 cases in each group. To observe the related indexes， such as adverse drug reaction， relevant changes of hepatic and renal function pre and post treatment， curative effect of drugs， acesodyne effect of wound surface， healing time. Results （1） After treatment， there was no obvious adverse reaction， without function lesion of liver and kidney in treatment group. （2）The acesodyne effect at each time point after operation 48h in treatment group was obviously better than which in control group， while the acesodyne effect of 0.5h after the first 3 times of dressing changes in treatment group was obviously better than which in control group， the dosage of analgesic in 48h in treatment group was obviously less than which in control group， the wound healing time in treatment group was shorter than which in control group， the differences was statically significant（P0.01）.
