复方维A酸凝胶在重度痤疮治疗中应用效果研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探究复方维A酸凝胶在重度痤疮治疗中的应用及效果。 方法 方便选取该门诊2014年7月―2016年12月收治的重度痤疮患者120例，随机分为对照组和治疗组，每组患者60例，治疗组给与复方维A酸凝胶治疗，对照组给与维A酸霜治疗，分别统计分析两组患者第2、4、8周后皮损数量及治疗效果。 结果 两组患者经疗程8周治疗后，治疗组患者在2、4、8周后皮损数量均较对照组低，治疗组8周后皮损数量仅为（11.0±1.6）个，而对照组皮损数量达到（23.4±3.7）个（P0.01）；治疗组在各个时间段的有效率均高于对照组，治疗组8周后有效率为73.3%，而对照组仅为28.3%（P0.05）；复方维A酸凝胶对炎性损害有效率75.4%效果优于非炎性损害72.8%，且不良反应更轻。 结论 复方维A酸凝胶治疗重度痤疮患者，操作简单，能够显著减少痤疮皮损数目，提升痤疮患者有效率，并且对于炎症性损害疗效更佳，患者耐受更好，不良反应较轻，值得借鉴和推广。 　　[关键词] 复方维A酸凝胶；重度痤疮；应用效果 　　[中图分类号] R758 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2017）11（b）-0004-03 　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to explore the clinical application effect of compound vitamin A gel in the treatment of severe acne. Methods 120 patients with severe acne treated in this hospital from July 2014 to December 2016 were convenient randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group， with 60 patients in each group， the treatment group was given compound vitamin A gel， and the control group received vitamin A treatment， the number of lesions and treatment effect of the first， second， fourth and eighth weeks after treatment of the two groups of patients were analyzed. Results After treatment for 8 weeks， the number of lesions in the treatment group was lower than the control group. After 8 weeks， the number of lesions in the treatment group was only（11.0±1.6）， and the number of skin lesions in the control group reached（23.4±3.7）（P0.01）； the treatment group was higher than the control group in the effective rate of each period of time. The effective rate was 73.3% after 8 weeks in the treatment group and 28.3% in the control group （P0.05）； the effect of compound tretinoin gel on inflammatory injury was 75.4%， better than the non-inflammatory damage of 72.8%， and the adverse reaction was lighter.
