复方福尔可定口服溶液治疗儿童呼吸道感染临床效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨复方福尔可定口服溶液治疗儿童呼吸道感染的临床效果。 方法 选取本院2012年1月～2014年1月收治的80例呼吸道感染患儿，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组给予复方福尔可定口服溶液治疗，对照组给予克咳小儿止咳糖浆治疗，比较两组的疗效。 结果 观察组治疗后咳嗽、咳痰症状积分分别为（0.32±0.11）分、（0.28±0.02）分，明显低于对照组的（0.94±0.03）分、（0.79±0.10）分，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组总有效率为92.5%，明显高于对照组的72.5%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患儿治疗期间均未见明显不良反应。 结论 复方福尔可定口服溶液治疗儿童呼吸道感染效果显著，可明显改善患儿的临床症状，提高治愈率。 　　[关键词] 复方福尔可定口服溶液；儿童呼吸道感染；临床疗效 　　[中图分类号] R725.6[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）05（b）-0095-03 　　 　　Clinical efficacy analysis of compound pholcodine oral solution in treatment of children with respiratory tract infection 　　CHEN Min1 LUO Si2▲ 　　1.Department of Pediatrics,Hunan People′s Hospital,Changsha 410000,China;2.Science and Education Division of Hunan People′s Hospital,Changsha 410000,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of compound pholcodine oral solution in the treatment of children with respiratory tract infection.Methods 80 cases of children with respiratory infections treated in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were selected and were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the compound pholcodine oral solution treatment was given to the observation group,the control group was given with grams cough treatment of pediatric cough syrup,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the cough,sputum symptom score of observation group was 0.32±0.11 and 0.28±0.02,significantly less than that of the control group (0.94±0.03 and 0.79±0.10),the difference was significant (P0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 92.5%,significantly higher than 72.5% of the control group,the difference was significant (P0.05).The two groups showed no significant adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion The effect of compound pholcodine oral solution for children with respiratory tract infection is significant,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,improve the cure rate. 　　[Key words] Compound pholcodi
