The anomie includes the spread of rumors, invasion of privacy, language violence, and lack of rationality influenced by group polarization. Then the causes of the anomie were discussed, including the features of we-media and doctor-patient relationship, the existing social disorder and anomie at the time of social transformation, inadequate laws, and low ethical quality of some netizens. Finally, suggestions for solving we-media anomie were given from four aspects: promoting ethical construction, building a platform for the communication between doctors and patients, strengthening the advancement of morality and laws, and reinforcing the positive influence of traditional media on we-media. Keywords relationship between doctors and patients; we-media; ethic anomie 【 】 【摘 要】 通过文献研究的方法分析了医患关系面临的自媒体伦理失范现象，包括谣言传播、隐私侵犯、语言暴 力、群体性理性失真；并探讨了失范现象的成因，其中内部原因包括自媒体和医患关系的自身特征，外部原因包 括社会转型时期社会无序和失范状态的存在、法律制度的缺失、网民伦理素养的低下；最后从加强自媒体伦理建 设、利用自媒体建立医患互动平台、加强法治道德建设、加强传统媒体对自媒体的积极引导四方面提出消除自媒 体伦理失范现象的具体建议。
