天车智能防碰装置在渤海油田推广应用 　　 摘 要：天车防碰系统是海洋钻修机运行过程中非常重要的安全装置，在钻井、修井作业过程中起着致关重要的作用。普通天车防碰系统只是通过一个简单的过卷阀来控制刹车，一旦管路老化或破裂则不能正常使用，并且普通的天车防碰系统只能防止游车大钩上碰天车，不能防止游车大钩下落砸伤设备和人员。智能型天车防碰系统则采用了过卷阀和电磁阀双重保护，防止大钩上碰下砸，同时具有声光报警功能，防止大钩下落过快的减速装置等安全措施，提高了钻修机在操作过程的安全系数，在渤海油田现场应用中发挥了很好的作用。 　　关键词：海洋钻修机游车大钩天车防碰智能型过卷阀 　　The Application and Promotion of The Crown Block Intelligent Prevent-touch Device in BoHai Oilfield 　　Deng Zhong-bin, Meng Fan-gui，Chen Jin-wen, Ding Hui，Zhang Shi-jiang 　　(Oilfield Construction Bohai Equipment Service Company, CNOOC, Tianjin 300452, China) 　　Abstract: The prevent-touch system of the crown block is an important safety device of the Drilling＆Workover rig in operation, it plays a vital role during the drilling or workover operation. Theprinciple of common prevent-touch system of the crown block is that controlling the brakingsystem by an overwind valve, if the controlling pipes aged or ruptured, the system can not take use. And, the common prevent-touch system of the crown block can only prevent the hook blocks bumping the crown block, it can not prevent the hook blocks falling down, and leading to equipments damaged and people injured. The intelligent prevent-touch system of the crown block has the dual protection function by using an overwind valve and a solenoid valve, it can prevent the hook blocks dumping the crown block and falling down, it also equipped with the acousto-optic alarming devices and the speed reducing devices.
