头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛疗效评价及其对血小板和血液流变学影响 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨头痛宁胶囊对偏头痛的临床治疗效果及对血小板与血液流变学的影响。方法 随机选择该院2013年4月―2014年12月该院收治的150例偏头痛患者作为研究对象，把150例患者随机均分为两组，一组为对照组给予西比灵胶囊进行治疗，另一组为观察组给予头痛宁胶囊进行治疗，两组患者均以14 d作为1个疗程，对比两组患者临床治疗效果和血小板、血液流变学等指标变化。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为90.7%，对照组治疗总有效率为73.3%，观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组。观察组血小板和血液流变学指标和治疗前相比差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 观察组应用头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛可以有效抑制血小板的聚集，使全血黏度降低，使患者的血液循环得到有效的改善，在偏头痛的治疗中更有效，更安全，建议临床推广应用。 　　[关键词] 头痛宁胶囊；偏头痛；疗效评价；血小板；血液流变学 　　[中图分类号] R277.7 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）08（c）-0145-02 　　Evaluation Capsule in Treating Migraine Pain and Its Effect on Platelet and Hemorheology 　　LU Chong， WEI Ya-fen 　　Department of Neurology， Heilongjiang Province Hospital， Harbin， Heilongjiang Province， 150036 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effect Headache Capsule on the clinical treatment of migraine and for platelet and hemorheology.
