妊娠合并子宫肌瘤在剖宫产术中处理探讨 　　【摘要】 目的 近年来,随着晚婚、高龄孕妇增多及围产医学发展,妊娠合并子宫肌瘤越来越受到人们关注,本文就妊娠合并子宫肌瘤在剖宫产术中处理进行探讨。方法 回顾我院近4年来分娩人数中妊娠合并子宫肌瘤治疗的处理,观察组即为妊娠合并子宫肌瘤52例,对照组为随机选取无子宫肌瘤单纯施行剖宫产患者60例,观察组与对照组对照分析。结果 剖宫产术中行子宫肌瘤剔除术是可行的,如观察组产后感染率为2.3%,对照组产后感染率为2.1%,几乎没有什么差别。而观察组的产后出血率和对照组的产后出血率差不多,分别为5.8%和5.0%。观察组低体重儿(2 500 g)为4%,对照组低体重儿(2 500 g)为1%,说明妊娠合并子宫肌瘤在剖宫产术中处理的低体重儿较无子宫肌瘤单纯施行剖宫产患者的低体重儿来说,比例较高。结论 妊娠合并子宫肌瘤时肌瘤机械压迫及宫腔畸形有可能导致胎儿生长受限。 　　【关键词】妊娠合并;子宫肌瘤;剖宫产术;处理 　　 　　? 　　作者单位:412003株洲市三医院妇产科 　　 　　Pregnancy with uterine fibroids in the treatment of cesarean section 　　 　　YAN Shuang-yan.Zhuzhou City,3 Obstetrics Gynecology Hospital,Zhuzhou 412003,China 　　 　　【Abstract】 Objective In recent years,with late marriage,increased maternal age and perinatal medical advances,more and more pregnant women with uterine fibroids people’s attention,this article on the pregnancy with uterine fibroids in cesarean section to deal with were discussed.Methods The observation group shall be pregnancy with uterine myoma in 52 cases,the control group was randomly selected and implemented non-cesarean section uterine fibroids just 60 patients,observation group and control group were analyzed.Results Cesarean section BOC myomectomy is feasible,such as the observation group postpartum infection rate was 2.3%,control group,postpartum infection rate was 2.1%,almost no difference.The observation of postpartum hemorrhage rate and the control group the rate of postpartum hemorrhage or less the same,respectively 5.8%and 5.0%.The observation group of low birth weight children(2 500 g)of 4%in the control group of low birth weight children(2 500 g)of 1%,indicating that pregnant women with uterine fibroids treatment in cesarean section in low birth weight children than those without uterine simple implementation of cesarean section in patients with fibroids low birth weight children,the higher proportion.Conclusion Showed that when pregnant women with uterine fibroids,and uterine fibroids abnormal mechanical pressure may lead to fe
