妇科门诊中宫颈涂片与薄层细胞学检查临床应用对比分析 　　【摘要】 目的：对比分析妇科门诊中采用宫颈涂片与薄层细胞学检查的临床效果，以探寻最佳宫颈病变检查方法。方法：选取2015年1月-2016年2月于本院妇科门诊同时行宫颈涂片检查、薄层细胞学检查与阴道镜病理组织活检的200例宫颈病变患者为研究对象。以阴道镜病理组织活检结果作为诊断标准，比较宫颈涂片检查与薄层细胞学检查的诊断正确率、制片质量及这两种检查方法一次性制片成功率、检测所需时间。结果：以阴道镜病理组织活检结果作为标准，薄层细胞学检查对正常、炎症或非癌性病变及癌前病变诊断符合率分别为58.5%、5.0%，高于宫颈涂片检查的35.5%、0.5%（P0.05）；薄层细胞学检查制片合格率为88.5%，高于宫颈涂片检查的81.0%（P0.05）；薄层细胞学检查制片一次成功率为99.0%，高于宫颈涂片检查的95.0%（P0.05）；薄层细胞学检查检测耗时短于宫颈涂片（P0.05）。结论：在妇科门诊宫颈病变检查中，与宫颈涂片检查相比，采用薄层细胞学检查不但可提高宫颈病变诊断正确率，获得质量较高的制片，而且检测时间更短，是一种准确、高效、简便的宫颈检查方法。 　　【关键词】 妇科； 宫颈病变； 薄层细胞学检查； 宫颈涂片检查 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To compare and analyze the clinical effects of cervical smear and thin-layer cytologic examination in the outpatient service of department of gynaecology，and to explore the best method for cervical lesion examination.Method：Two hundred patients with cervical lesions admitted in the outpatient service of gynaecology department of our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 undergoing cervical smear and thin-layer cytologic examinations and pathological vaginoscope biopsy were selected as research subjects.Pathological colposcope biopsy results were treated as diagnostic criteria，and diagnostic accuracy and slice development quality of cervical smear and thin-layer cytology examinations，one-time success rate of slice development of such two examination methods and time needed for examinations were compared.Result：Pathological colposcope biopsy results were treated as criteria，the diagnosis coincidence rates of thin-layer cytology on normal and inflammatory cells，or non-cancerous cancer lesions and precancerous lesions were 58.5% and 5.0%，being higher than 35.5% and 0.5% of cervical smear examination（P0.05）.The pass percent of thin-layer cytology producer was 88.5%，being higher than 81.0% of cervical smears producer（P0.05）.The one-off success rate of thin-layer cytology producer was 99.0%， being higher than 95.0% of cervical smear examination（P0.05）.The duration consumed of thin-layer cytology examination w
