妊娠期糖尿病新标准临床应用 　　[摘要] 目的 分析妊娠期糖尿病新标准在临床的应用效果。方法 任意选择160例2015年6月―2016年6月在该院产检并分娩的孕妇，分为研究组和对照组，研究组采用妊娠期糖尿病新标准，对照组采用旧标准诊断，比较两组孕妇的临床应用效果。 结果 研究组的妊娠糖尿病检出率为16.3%，对照组的检出率为6.3%，组间差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组孕妇的并发症发生率为17.5%，明显低于对照组的46.3%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。研究组新生儿的并发症发生率为6.3%。对照组为20.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 妊娠期糖尿病新标准在临床的应用，有助于临床及时发现和诊断妊娠期糖尿病，降低孕妇和新生儿的并发症发生率，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 新标准；妊娠期糖尿病；诊断价值；临床 　　[中图分类号] R587.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2016）12（b）-0106-02 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the clinical application effect of new standards of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 160 cases of delivery women with antenatal care in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were divided into two groups， the research group adopted the new standards of gestational diabetes mellitus， while the control group adopted old standards， and the clinical application effect of the two groups was compared. Results The difference in the test rate of gestational diabetes mellitus between the research group and the control group was obvious（16.3% vs 6.3%）（P0.05）， and the incidence rate of complications in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group， and the difference had statistical significance（17.5% vs 46.3%）（P0.05）， and the difference in the incidence rate of complications between the research group and the control group was obvious（6.3% vs 20.0%）（P0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of new standards of gestational diabetes mellitus contributes to the clinical timely discovery and diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus and reducing the incidence rate of complications of delivery women and newborns， which is worth promotion. 　　[Key words] New standards； Gestational diabetes mellitus； Diagnosis value； Clinic 　　妊娠期糖尿病是孕妇妊娠期常见并发症之一，会给孕妇和胎儿的安全造成较大影响。随着人们对妊娠期糖尿病的研究不断深入，对妊娠期糖尿病的筛查方法也在不断改进，2011年美国糖尿病学会提出了新的妊娠期糖尿病诊断标准，即孕妇在妊娠24～28周时，不需要先进行50 g葡萄糖耐量试验（OGTT），可以直接进行75 g OGTT试验。该新标准的提出，受到了临床的普遍认可和推广，为了解妊娠期糖尿病新标准在临床中的应用效果，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　选取2015年6月―2016年6月在该院进行产检并分娩的孕妇
