妊娠期高血压疾病并发胎盘早剥疗效分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.16.37 　　摘 要 目的：探讨妊娠期高血压疾病并发胎盘早剥的临床治疗效果。方法：2010年3月-2014年3月收治妊娠期高血压疾病并发胎盘早剥产妇32例作为研究组，选取同期妊娠期高血压疾病没有并发胎盘早剥产妇32例作为对照组，分析比较两组临床疗效。结果：与对照组相比，研究组的早产率（21.9%）、剖宫产率（81.2%）、产后出血率（90.6%）更高，母婴出现的并发症更加严重，母婴结局更差，两组相比较差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：妊娠期高血压疾病一旦并发胎盘早剥，母婴预后不良，因此对于妊娠期高血压要早期进行积极的诊断治疗，以降低后期胎盘早剥的发生，同时一旦并发胎盘早剥应及时给予积极的监测治疗。 　　关键词 妊娠期高血压 胎盘早剥 疗效 　　Curative effect analysis of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy combined with placental abruption 　　Xu Yingwu 　　Obstetrics and Gynecology Department，the General Hospital of Dingyuan County，Chuzhou City，Anhui 233200 　　Abstract Objective：To explore the clinical curative effect of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy combined with placental abruption.Methods：32 puerpera with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy combined with placental abruption were selected from March 2010 to March 2014.They were as the research group.32 puerpera with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy without placental abruption were selected at the same time.They were as the control group.The final clinical curative outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results：Compared with the control group，the preterm birth rates（21.9%），cesarean section rate（81.2%） and postpartum hemorrhage rate（90.6%） of the research group were higher.The complications of maternal and child were more serious.The maternal and child outcome was worse.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy once combined with placental abruption can result bad maternal and infant prognosis.Gestational hypertension should be given positive diagnosis and treatment in early，so as to reduce the occurrence of placental abruption in later.Once combined with placental abruption should be timely given active monitoring and treatment. 　　Key words Gestational hypertension；Placental abruption；Curative effect 　　胎盘早剥是妊娠晚期发生的严重并发症之一，是指在妊娠20周后或者
