基於基因演算法生產工作排程應用於紡織業之研討 Discussion Gene Algorithm Based on the Production of Textile Work Schedule Applies 胡家瑋 邱錦清 Jia-Wei Hu Chin-Ching Chiu 德明財經科技大學 德明財經科技大學 資訊管理 系 資訊管理 系 學生 教授 Remixdoris@ Chiu@.tw 摘 要 在國際市場廣大的需求下，業者不斷積極研發新產品及進口生產設備，技術需求服務品質要 完善控管以及生產訂單排程問題。主要以印染成品排程、針織物排程及後染處理排程作為實驗研 究目的，在每張訂單為了不出現漏單、插單及抽單問題發生，以客戶需求進行排單，並使用優先 權排班的方法，來依序數量龐大的貨量來進行優先生產。依不同的機台效能及訂櫃單內的種類及 數量，進行每張訂櫃單總數量進行安排優先排單生產。在傳統人工排程工法法則，並不是能第一 快速時間內完成的結果，依客戶需求及環境考量，並使用基因演算法的套件軟體，設定出基本參 數，產生每條染色體編碼，及由演化過程得到最佳解。 關鍵詞：紡織業 、印染廠 、基因演算法、優先權排班 、Evolver 。 Abstract The majority of the demand in the international market, the industry has been actively developing new products and imported production equipment, technology needs to improve the quality of service Control Manager and the production order scheduling problem.
