宫腔镜子宫内膜切除术治疗功能失调性子宫出血效果及影响因素 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨子宫内膜电切术在功能失调性子宫出血患者中的临床治疗效果及影响因素。方法：选取2015年2月-2016年1月笔者所在医院诊治的功能失调性子宫出血患者200例，采用随机数字方法将患者分为两组。对照组采用激素止血治疗，试验组采用子宫内膜电切术治疗，比较两组治疗效果及影响因素。结果：试验组总有效率98%，高于对照组的87%（P0.05）；试验组治疗后复发率为2%，低于对照组的18%（P0.05）；子宫内膜电切术治疗时影响因素较多，内膜破坏不彻底术后流血时间为（9.4±1.3）min，合并子宫腺肌症患者术后流血量为（15.9±2.3）ml，均高于内膜破坏彻底及未合并子宫腺肌症患者（P0.05）。结论：功能失调性子宫出血发病率较高，临床上采用子宫内膜电切术治疗效果理想，值得推广使用。 　　【关键词】 宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术； 功能失调性子宫出血； 治疗效果 　　中图分类号 R711.52 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）29-0028-02 　　The Effects Investigation of the Hysteroscope Endometrial Resection in the Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding/CHEN Chun-jing.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（29）：28-29 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect and influence factor of the hysteroscope endometrial resection in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Method：From February 2015 to January 2016，200 cases admitted to our hospital were analyzed，they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was used the hormone therapy，the experimental group with transcervical resection of endometrium，the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Result：The effect of ideal treatment the experimental group was 98%，it was higher than 87% of the control group（P0.05）；the experimental group after treatment，the recurrence rate was 2%，it was lower than 18% of the control group（P0.05）；there were many factors influence for the hysteroscope endometrial resection，after surgery，bleeding time was （9.4±1.3）min，postoperative bleeding amount was （15.9±2.3）ml in patients with endometrium was not destroyed and merging of adenomyosis，they were higher than those of endometrial destruction thoroughly and not complicated with adenomyosis patients（P0.05）.Conclusion：The incidence of dysfunctional uterine bleeding is higher，the therapeutic effect of endometrial resection operation is ideal，is worthy to be popularized. 　　【Key words】 Hysteroscope endometrial resection； Dysfunctional uterine bleeding
