家庭医生责任制服务模式在工业型社区居民中应用效果 　　[摘要]目的 研究工业型社区推行家庭医生责任制服务模式的影响。方法 对2014年4月～2015年4月深圳市阳光工业区居民进行家庭医生责任制服务模式的改革。统计分析居民疾病管理率及居民满意度，并与2014年4月以前上述情况进行比较。结果 工业型社区家庭医生责任制服务模式施行前居民满意度为81.0%，低于施行后的94.0%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=7.73，P0.01）。工业型社区家庭医生责任制服务模式施行前，糖尿病管理率为52.0%、高血压管理率为62.0%，低于施行后的98.0%、94.0%，差异有统计学意义（χ2=56.43、29.84，P0.01）。结论 工业型社区家庭医生责任制服务模式较传统社区医疗模式更能提高居民对医疗的满意度，有效提高社区内居民疾病的控制率，值得推广应用。 　　[关键词]工业型社区；家庭医生责任制；服务模式；医疗改革 　　[中图分类号] R197.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）06（a）-0035-03 　　[Abstract]Objective To study the influence of the implementation of family doctor responsibility system in the industrial community.Methods The reform of family doctor responsibility system service model in Shenzhen sunshine industrial district from April 2014 to April 2015 was practiced.The residents of disease management and resident satisfaction rates were analyzed statistically with April 2014 before the above comparison.Results Resident satisfaction industrial community service model family doctor accountability purposes was 81.0%，lower than 94.0% in the after the implementation of resident satisfaction，with statistical difference（χ2=7.73，P0.01）.The management rate of diabetes before the implementation of the responsibility system service model of the industrial community family doctor was 52.0% and the management rate of hypertension was 62.0%，lower than 98.0%，94.0% respectively after the implementation，with statistical difference（χ2=56.43，29.84，P0.01）.Conclusion Compared with the traditional community medical model，the responsibility system of the industrial community family doctor can improve the satisfaction of the residents to the medical treatment，and effectively improve the control rate of the disease in the community，which is worth popularizing. 　　[Key words]Industrial community；Family doctor responsibility；Service model；Health care reform 　　“看病难、看病贵”是我国医疗中主要的问题[1-3]。寻求更加有利于人民的医疗模式至关重要。全世界有60个国家和地区实行了家庭医生制度[4-6]。家庭医生责任制是以契约服务的形式为家庭及其每个成员提供连续、协调、可及性的综合医疗保健服务模式，倡导社区首诊，是改变医生坐诊模式、提高社区居民健康水平
